You ever been in a situation where you were asked to make a smart, informed decision and it seemed like no matter what choice you made, no one would be happy? It seems like no matter what you do, no one values or appreciates your input and experience? Some voices seem to be louder and more influential? You are not alone. Many of us feel that way at times. Sometimes, truthfully, I feel like people only ask me to be involved in things because they need the "extra body"... One important thing to note is that we are not alone.
